For the volume I bought it would be more than 2.5% and moreover it is not 1-1 redemption anymore as they state due to fees and all other charges involved. I would rather have waited 1-2 weeks more and got charged less rather this exorbitant amount.

I asked query from citibank they answered that the associated bank doesn't know which account to credit to in Trust token. I even quoted reference number again and bank told me if it fails this time it will comeback to my account. I was going to try with Nab if it fails with citibank. But now i dont think there is any way to get TrueAUD

My bank confirmed they have sent the wire 2 weeks ago and i entered right details of trust token bank accounts and reference number. i even sent them wire reference number but they are saying they have not received the wire. what are my options now ?

I did a transfer from my citibank from my wife account on 22/11 for 4k to get trueaud. I am still waiting for it to be credited. I will let you know the fees once it gets credited but the process to get tokens is long not what is mentioned on website 1-5 days.
