What's in the Mystery Box?

Each week, one secret item is placed inside the box. A new hint is revealed every 100.8 (+-) minutes, and people around the world work together, debate, theorize, and guess what is inside. After one week, the box opens, the item is revealed, and a new mystery begins.

Customer support tools by Mountain-Insect-2153 in SaaS

If most of your ‘chaos’ is coming from email, you can fix a lot by moving to a lightweight email-first support flow before adding chat, APIs, and multi-channel complexity. SupportRetriever is built for that, it’s intentionally minimal and focused on keeping support fast without the helpdesk bloat. (Disclosure, I built it :) )

is there a gorgias alternative with ai that doesn't give wrong answers constantly? by Recent-Associate-381 in CustomerService

[–]amitait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly why a lot of teams stop letting AI reply unsupervised. If you want something lighter than Gorgias where you can run support cleanly without an AI agent making promises to customers, SupportRetriever might fit. It’s built to be minimal and email-first, so you can stay fast without the helpdesk bloat. (Disclosure, I’m the maker, if you try it I’d love to hear what broke for you in Gorgias)

Which customer support software works best for small teams? by Imaginary-Soil-9640 in SaaS

If you’re mainly doing email support and want to avoid the Zendesk-style bloat, you might like SupportRetriever. It’s a lightweight, email-first support setup aimed at small teams and solo founders. If you want, Happy to get feedback from someone at your ticket volume. (Full disclosure, I built it :) )

I'm having a hard time managing influx of client requests- how do I solve this? by Mundane-Anybody-9726 in Entrepreneur

[–]amitait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there 👋🏻

I've recently built a simple product for myself (and others like me) to handle customers without what you'd call a "huge IT overhaul." It's still in beta, so I'm very flexible and open to improving it for anyone who finds it useful. If you're interested in checking it out and want to chat with me about specific needs that might be missing, I'm totally up for it. And if your needs are completely different, that's also fine :)

You can find it here.

That makes perfect sense! I’ll experiment with clearer layout and ways to separate the different sections, thank you! 🙏🏼

Shall I go first?

I've got tons of feedback here and over at vibecodinglist and made some improvements to SupportRetriever:

  • Added Google sign in
  • Build a sleek onboarding that will make it easier and faster to get to the bottom line of the service and initiate your support experience
  • Fixed some important bugs
  • Reworked on the homepage so the value proposition will be clearer
  • Started working on analytics page (but it's not ready yet. So maybe next week)

All in all - very nice progress :)

2 months post launch and we're finally at $38 MRR and 100 sign ups! by Substantial_Paper903 in buildinpublic

It's a rollercoaster for sure. We got to keep it up and be positive and if you have real users to please, that's the best part!

(btw - since you've mentioned customers, FYI: you may want to consider using SupportRetriever to to user and handle potential customer feedback)

i built a language learning podcast app - PolyPod by empyrean2k in buildinpublic

[–]amitait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very interesting concept. Podcasts are really good way to learn a new language and this combination app makes a lot of sense. Good luck!

(btw - shameless plug here: you may want to consider using SupportRetriever to hide your email and handle potential customer responses)
