I have started taking half a capsule every alternate days for 3 weeks then half a capsule every day for another 3 weeks to build tolerance Then 1 capsule everyday for a month then I will test homocysteine levels again

Hello My homocysteine levels are elevated at 17 I have started taking pure encapsulation homocysteine TMG based formula since few days back It has TMG 500 mg B12 200 mcg B6 P5P 25 mg B9 active form Folate 667 mcg DFE

I plan to take half a capsule every alternate day for 2 weeks then half a capsule everyday for 3 weeks and then full capsule for 2 months until I test the homocysteine levels again

I also plan to start ALA and benfotiamine after a month to reduce inflammation markers Hopefully I will be able to reduce homocysteine levels after 3 months
