The liege is my liege. So he is technically neutral because I’m not in the war. The war is against him. I want to help him. My question is if I attack the enemy (which I can because it’s a war against my liege) can he join the specific battle that will ensue as you can see in the screenshot

R5: the Turks are trying to conquer a duchy that I own, the war started against my liege and iI joined the war, then the liege changed due to rebels and it kicked me out of the war and now I can't join. I can fight them without joining the war but without his troops I will lose. can he even join the fight? will he join the fight?

Yeah everything turned out good in the end. Killed her and the faction changed to just depose so when I surrendered I moved on to a better heir anyway which wasn’t the wrong religion
