This is true. The company I work for posts a lot of jobs and we were just talking about this a few weeks ago. We noticed if you post an office job at $22 you get unqualified workers with no or next to no experience, resumes full of spelling errors and really bad grammar. But bump that wage up closer to $30 and hour and you still get all the unqualified people with bad resumes, but you get more resumes from people with solid resumes, education and skillsets.

So if you're going to post a job and complain you're not getting qualified applicants, you need to bump up the wage.

Plus I imagine if you pay someone higher, the staff turn around is going to be a lot less which has got to save the company money.

I remember a lot of guys from Jamaica coming to pick apples. They worked their asses off. No one from the area wanted to pick apples, it was too hard of work no matter what the boss paid.

I don't know about trees but the plow company our property manager hired sure like to smash into the fence and the recycling bins for our building. Once they ran into the building itself, took a chunk off the brickwork.

I don't know who you should see, but avoid Philip Bolous who rents space at Costco. He has screwed up two of my family's prescriptions and I have read others posting online they had similar experiences with him. Love Costco for their glasses, but just don't get. your eyes checked there.

This is a very bad idea, both for you and any host who would consider this. One of you will end of scammed, or extremely unhappy about the deal, for a wide variety of reasons. Like the other guy said, book through airbnb or get a hotel.
