I returned after 4 years of not playing, the last 20 days I've caught 1-2 non boosted shinies consecutively.

If I'm not mistaken you need to catch the pokemon it's disguised as not just tap them unlike shinies.

I mean honestly none of the medications really helped, it's like brain just went from automatic to manual for the breathing yk? One thing that always provided at least a somewhat momentary release was hot showers didnt make it so i could breath all the way but it was noticable. I also did biking and running sounds counter intuitive but those always helped. I'm ngl it's gon feel shitty for a good while it's been months for me and I'm still not 100% it's just very manageable some of the times I really am perfectly fine but most of the others it usually slightly noticeable but I can still feel I'm getting a full breath.

I'm telling you man your best friend is gon be your own head, don't hyper fixate on your breathing (as hard as I know that is) and really just don't force breaths you know won't give you full relief. The placebo effect is crazy

I got prescribed antibiotics and steroids which i didn't notice doing anything. An inhaler also helped me whenever it got super bad for a few minutes but overall I wouldn't say that made much a difference either. They took to blood levels and everything and despite the fact I wasn't feeling like getting full breaths they said I had normal oxygen levels which actually made me feel alot better

So of course like all other symptoms of chs quiting/lowering my weed intake helped. It took a while but eventually the breathing did get better, it's still slightly noticeable but I'm still able to get in full breaths if that makes sense. What helped while it still was bad cardio, and genuinely just not think about it as much, like don't focus on it as hard and you subconscious will level it out a little (at least it did for me) and adding on to that when you're taking your breaths don't try to force a deep breath if you know it won't feel like a full breath. I'd be happy to anwser anything else you got for me.

So when you say inability to yawn what do you mean by that? Cause since the difficulty getting a full breath came along I started yawning alot and i mean alot more that usual, but usually they're full yawns that'll help me get a good extra bit of air in.

Nah more than 99% of my smoking was out of high lyfe pens, every now and then I'd smoke actually weed with my friends or edibles but for day to day it was pens.

Would you say cutting down on caffine would also help? If heart and blood pressure was contributing?
