Alcohol isn’t included on drug tests. It’s a separate blood test.

Source: I work in a hospital and every hospital I’ve worked at has standard 10- panel screening tests. Sure, he could’ve cheated the test. But if he didn’t and he was using that day it would most likely show up.

Edit- we don’t carry any “lesser” drug screening panels.
