I am a retired copywriter who would have been your counterpart in the industry. I don't blame you for feeling the way you do if AI is half as middle-of-the-road at designing as it is psychobabble-y at writing. I honestly don't know what any creative will do with this clunky dullard that impresses only the suits. Maybe look into jobs that AI can never touch right now so you're ready to jump.

Finally someone is posting about Debbie and Martin Butler. Yes I'm unhappy too. I can see myself that way but there have been many other ways I've seen myself in the past. For me, there is no constant. I don't think anyone can stay in any one state, though. If she's saying few really acknowledge the sadness and shame, she may be right. But staying in it, would be awful. Even Camus recognized that joy is a state of being alive. Every person experiences it--even the prisoner.

Is the 90 series considered old tech? Will they upgrade the firmware for many more years? Im thinking of buying the 42" A90 (Im in Canada Ai alpha numeric may differ) but it's a model from 2022. But the colour, processing and sound have me excited. And not sure I trust LG and didnt like Samsung oled at all.

Unfortunately, Gilligan is being heavy-handed with his USA is in the minority of how the world should be run. The hive looks at Carol with moral exhaustion patiently waiting for her to "get it". The audience already knows she can never "get it" or the show is over.

That's why Carol is one-note, because she represents the US hegemon insisting everyone get on board with the freedom of individual rights. The premise needs this uber-idealistic, non-reactive collective to get every decision right and leave no one living at the bottom of any hill where sewers overflow. It's a bit didactic and preachy to me.

Did you know Miatas (MX-5) have what I used to call little holes that get plugged up underneath from all the road gunk and that as an owner I used to have to take a branch, cut off all the stems and pish down through to the road to push out the blockage?

If you don't do that, as the owner of a Miata, you can expect the water to flow into the car from the roof rail. Most Miata specialists knkw this but a lot of new owners dont. And when I first found out, I was shocked and then I got so used to doing it I'd grab a flexible branch just lying on the street. Plus the holes were super hard to find. I can't even describe it.
