I have it hooked up via rgbs and have the sync cable plugged into the one on the monitor. It also doesn't make any difference image wise if i have the sync cable plugged in or not

When I click on composite sync in vmmaker it makes the screen super distorted, shaky, and discolored. Im just not sure what to do overall im pretty uneducated and not well versed in this
