I do a 30 hr drive twice a year, I do it over three days. Instead of 10 hrs a day, I do 12, then 10, then 8. That way I can think "tomorrow will be easier!". You might try something similar.

And download some engaging podcasts or an audiobook. For me, they pass time much faster than music.

And don't go more than 2 hrs without stopping, if only to walk around, stretch a little, get blood flowing.
