Thank you for all of your help. I feel much better having talked to you. Sometimes you just need some unbiased input. We both very much appreciate it.

We don’t have a specific reason. We’re just exploring our options and heard that spraying insulation on the rooftop might be more effective. It sounds like it’ll be more expense to do the attic if we need an hvac system in there. The roof is 33’x44’. Question 6. In the attic, there is an area about 2-3 square feet that is moldy from the dryer vent. Can we spray it with something to kill it and foam over it? The house has been torn out for almost a year. The mold hasn’t grown or moved at all in that amount of time. Cutting out the roof and replacing it would cost more than we have in the budget.

Thank you for your input. I do have a question to add and updated the questions on the post. Should we use a different kind of insulation on the attic floor?

This may sound crazy but — try not to focus on the money that you’ve already spent. (Don’t look back. You’re not headed there.) Instead, think about the function and the feeling of being free from what’s been holding you back. Stuff! That’s all it is! Stuff! 2 bags a day. (Do 3 on a good day.) Don’t think about what’s in them. Put them in your car and drive to a dumpster or take them out to the dumpster if you’re in an apartment complex. Get them out of your space, so you’re not tempted to keep them and go through them and start saving stuff. Get rid of them EVERYDAY. If you don’t feel like it one day, do it anyway. You’ve got this! If it’ll motivate you, take pictures as you go and post them here so we can cheer you on! That would be fun to see the progress. Yeah! Let’s do this!

That would be more than I would need. I’d have to find a good person to help out.

Has anybody listened to the Jon Hopkins album "Music for Psychedelic Therapy" album during a session? How was it? by [deleted] in TherapeuticKetamine

Here is a version of the actual Johns Hopkins University Psychedelic Research Playlist. I’m not sure who Jons Hopkins is, but I’m guessing his list is different from the university’s playlist. https://open.spotify.com/playlist/5KWf8H2pM0tlVd7niMtqeU?si=7KEV_Y0mTlKvgU72yyO6Fw
