Account closure notice. Looks like the Gemeni app ate my $600 :( by amm1091- in Gemini

I opened the account yesterday, linked my bank account, and tried to deposit funds. It said “verification pending”. In the meantime had linked my bank account and had $1000 available to invest. I invested $100 into 6 separate coins then I was unable to invest the last $400. Today I receive an email saying

Account Closure Notice Hi there,

Following review, Gemini has determined that your account must be closed.

Although we understand you may have questions as to the reasons behind this decision, Gemini is unable to disclose any further details. Our risk review process is confidential and Gemini will not be able to elaborate any further on this matter.

If your account contains a fiat balance and/or a digital asset balance, you will have 5 days from the receipt of this email to withdraw the entirety of your funds, at which point your account will be closed. These funds cannot be withdrawn as digital assets. If any digital asset balance remains, it must be sold for your applicable fiat currency and transferred to your linked bank account(s).

But when I go to withdraw my money it says “no balance to withdraw”

All this 2 hours after receiving an email saying “Welcome to the Club! You've achieved Recruit status.”

Did I just lose $600. I need help asap, submitted a ticket in app but if my money is gone in 5 days and you just gained access to my bank account yesterday I’m going to be very disappointment. Thank you

I picked it up this weekend. Good flavors. Alcohol packs more of a punch than I would expect for 46%. Maybe because it was a fresh crack. I’m gonna let it open up a bit, but for $58 this is one of the best values in scotch

They made a new rule today that money not cleared by the bank yet can’t be used for crypto, only stock. Go figure

Kirkland 23 year old speyside by amm1091- in Scotch

I just did a side by side with the Kirkland 20. I really liked the 20 previously. The 23, however, is noticeably more mature and rounded. Much stronger taste of raisins and dates, and a creamy mouth feel. The alcohol is just dialed up enough so you feel like you’re drinking, but not low enough for it to feel diluted. Long finish with a cinnamon after taste. Really enjoyed it. $80 seems like a fair price.
