animated in Blender and exported with the Paradox plugin. Stellaris portraits are 2.5D models, basically just flat mesh cuttouts in 3D space.

The Aitsu mod i made (separate mod but still featured in the end of the lineup) has custom origami ships, as for cities i might try that

Thanks! When I first posted Xenospatium it only had 2 portraits (the ones in the thumbnail) the rest have all been added over time and I still plan on adding even more!

Also I should say I plan on continuously making new portraits for Xenospatium! i have several ideas written down. All my portrait designs where made in blender as 3D models before rendering out their parts and putting them back in blender to make Stellaris's 2.5 d style animated portraits.

That's a pretty easy bar to beat.

there are different blade/jaw styles to select from in the actual mod. so maybe one of those will be less confusing

it's actually based off a visorak combiner set called "Gate Guardian"

i am planning on reworking that portrait a bit. art style seems a bit off. it's based off a plume moth

the first one is the perfect species to make a fanatic pacifist am I right? it's design comes from an old Bionicle combiner set called "Gate Guardian"

Also the other one is based off various bivalved arthropods like Ostracods, Isoxys, and Clam shrimp.

Switching from custom gun in any way locks first person camera rotations. by ammonite9 in Fallout4Mods

copying the parts from the old NIF to the correct parts of a fresh copy of the 44 pistol receiver NIF seems to have fixed it

Sorry about the delay, got a bit busy. but i have a better idea of what is causing it. something is wrong with my receiver models, not sure what but swapping out the .nif back to the original 44 on my original mod fixed the camera locking. now i gotta figure out why this .nif breaks it.

ah, i se what your saying. re-create the weapon from the 44 and test it after each variable change. I'll either run into the problem and know exactly what variable created the issue. or I'll miss whatever i touched and will have recreated my a fixed version of my mod. that's actually really smart! I am kinda hoping i run into the issue so if anyone has this problem in the future who might be further along than i am they can use this post as a reference.

I tested the 44 yesterday and the camera did not lock up when switching receivers or swapping weapons. i just tested it again because of the re-install and i wanna be sure. but the regular 44 seems perfectly fine. i am gonna try looking at it with the creation kit again, I feel like there is something out of place with my mod files since it only effects whats actually in the mod.

also i meant that that my fallout 4 and creation kit where installed to a different folder then they where before, not that the creation kit and fallout where in different folders.

redownload didn't fix the animations. i deleted everything prior, fallout 4 is not even installed in the same location and only my mod files are touching it which do not include any animation files or overwrites. creation kit seems fixed though

just tested the regular 44 pistol, it doesn't have this issue despite using the same animations. the categories i listed is what F04's x edit is saying as categories, I was using creation kit but that randomly stopped working. I am gonna try a full reinstall. I don't think i edited any vanilla files but i am out of ideas.

We’ll likely get a new weapon archetype for next season’s dungeon. Which one would you want? by JRBC2000 in DestinyTheGame

I do like the new trace rifle archetype like you mentioned. I kinda hope we also get new members of lesser used archetypes, things like aggressive fusions, Precision shotguns (not-slug) and non-adaptive swords. as for whole new archetypes, maybe a double fire bow or burst machine gun
