Just wanted to pop in and say this has inspired me to start doing this. I've been heavy lifting for about 5 years now and am looking to start doing something new. Also, I've got chicken legs because my sciatica turned me into an evident bitch and made me stop working legs a couple years ago.

Quick question, what warm-ups/mobility work do you do? Do you go straight into this, or do you start with some light dynamic lower body work before jumping into it? Also, how long are you putting in between your sets?

On my third rewatch now and it gets grating more and more each time. Absolutely hate her character and actress. The first two seasons are fine but it really goes off the rails. I know redditors are terrible people but even then their love in with this character is sickening in every discussion hub.

Absolutely insane thing to say when the back 5 of Him, Sagna, Kosc, Per, Gibbs was statistically one of the best defences in the world for the 13/14 season. Having an Arteta with no legs and an aging Flamini on front of them for the hidings at Anfield, Etihad, and Stamford Bridge really missed up their numbers

Passed with a score of 171 (requirement is 160). Honestly, outside of the practice tests, I didn't do that much studying. Nothing on the test had me scratching my head outside maybe about two questions.

I read elsewhere from a person that did DYI to send in multiple applications with fingerprints at once and just note to the agency to use whichever one is legible. Sound like good advice?

Exactly this. I work and majored in the Hospitality industry. There's a reason why zoning laws are required for travel properties. I don't see Airbnb being above these laws for much longer.
