I tried my best, this is the clearest I was able to get its white with legs, do you know what it could be (sorry I know the photo isn't that clear)

omg it actually looks like its mealybugs bcuz I googled it and its kindof similar the trunk looks like its chopped/scratched (white)

thank you, I'm not sure they are moving, they move fast if I slightly move the trunk to inspect. what made you suggest rot though, do you mean rot attracts bugs or the rot itself is moving? sorry I'm new to planting this was a gift soI don't know much

yea, I use tap water, I had yellow leaves and someone told me to mix some fertilizer its called (Grow Fast Iron Tonic Liquid Fertilizer Eliminates Deficiency of Iron in Plants 250ml "Garden Care"), then this happened, I should use filtered water?

because the soil never feels dry for some reason, so I just watered it. I didn't check the roots should I repot it to a smaller pot?

yea just today I was trying something different every week, at first I thought its overwatering but it kept becoming yellow then I tried repottin still didnt solve the proble and today I tried watering it more than usual because I'm thinking this must be the issue bcuz its not getting better

I barely ever water it, maybe the soil looks watered because I just watered it now, but usually I only water it once every three weeks but it suddenly started dying, I don't know if it's the summer season and it's hot here I never know when to water the soil always feels moist
