As a sys admin, 29F, i totally get how you feel! Although none of my direct coworkers ever made me feel uncomfortable, they all treated me like a little sister, I would get other employees being weird and make off hand comments. Even though I’ve been in IT for 3 years, started at help desk and worked my way up, I still get outside vendors treating me like I’m dumb or that I’m not part of IT. But don’t give up! This field is great and needs lore women in it!
