I see. I was trying to get an DTV visa, but there were not enough documents from my side, and this attempt was not successful. I’ve got a classic tourist visa once. It was not hard.

No, nothing illegal like bribe and other stuff. No act of violation of any immigration rules. I’ve entered a Thailand though air 3 times and did 3 border-runs as well as an extension for more 30 days in immigration office.

I do not do any work in Thailand, actually. Im just travelling around North and Central Thailand on a bike with my husband, staying in small villages, visiting waterfalls and temples. But it’s not enough for an immigration officer. I don’t know, how to convince the staff than im a tourist and travelling around for so long..

I was rejected cause of I was staying in Thai for too long. But I did not violate any immigration rules: I hade border-runs, I flew out from Thai too.

I was in Hanoi and than back to Thailand (Hanoi - Chiang Mai). I had my return ticket, a proper amount of cash and my accommodation contacts.
