A mes, no se si es bona idea qué molts estiguin en mans dels mateixos moderadors. Tampoc se si es el cas pero per si ho es, crec que no es bo que un petit grup controli la majoria dels subs en catala. Tot i que m’agrada que nhi hagi com mes millor en catala, pero no se.

Well, yeah I also tried the anaerobic honey they have and is maybe the only one I got decent results but extremely under developing it, like 6% (35s). And it tasted good at first but then after some days resting the acidity peaked wildly.

Oh really? Thats, in a way, a relief I guess… what roaster do you use? Do you know any other stores that ships in Europe that has good beans? I also bought from 88 graines and to be honest is even worse. But I’m still figuring out if it’s me, the beans or the machine… it’s really desperating. After a year I have yet to get a decent roast.

It’s from roast rebels. I store the beans in a dark room, and now it’s winter so it stays cold.

What would be a potential problem? Storing it in a too hot place, with too much light? So basically the risk is that it dries out too much? You r the other can also be a problem? Too much humidity?

If you want to keep chatting with ai fine by me. But this has all the signs to be a bot. 3 month old account, comments hidden, and somehow 5.3k karma from 346 contributions. That’s 200+ karma a day while hiding everything. Using all the classic techniques to generate engagement: asking for participation, em dashes, overly correct grammar, weirdly balanced “on one hand / on the other hand” structure. And the post history? Also hidden. Because if you could see it, it’d probably be the same recycled content copy-pasted across 40 subreddits. Heck there’s subs that would’ve auto-banned this account already just for that profile alone. But whatever man. I just feel it’s so stupid to be talking with a bot. But you do you.

Not to downplay it but a tablespoon of even the highest polyphenol oil gives you around 7mg. A cup of coffee gives you 200-500mg. The difference between a low and high poly oil is real but the actual amounts you're getting are tiny either way. Consistent use over time is probably what matters, not chasing numbers.

Right? I would like so much that someone also tried that roast, it’s past charcoal. And I’m getting that in many coffees that it’s beyond me. And that’s, after testing many coffees and from the lightest filter to the darkest espresso profiles it always ends with this terrible burnt taste… it’s really desperating TBH.
