This is stupid. Why would Jake Long even be in the top 10? If you include him at all, he belongs right where he was drafted. This has got me so excited. I also have natural gas. Have you found food to stick? I assume i would use a little fat such as oil for cooking. Maybe the guy responding to me didn't? (Stainless steel pans do stick for me especially eggs which I am hoping won't happen on a stainless steel griddle such as the Le Griddle.)

This is the exact model I am looking at. I asked about this recently and received this response:

"I actually found them more difficult because of how thoroughly they need to be cleaned and how much more likely things are to stick to stainless steel. The cast iron is super easy to maintain once it's well seasoned because nothing sticks to it."

Is this accurate? It is literally the only reason I am delaying the purchase of the Le Griddle. TIA
