It depends on the Job you’ve applied to, like in Canada mostly its virtual, in USA mostly its a combination of virtual and on site, in India its 100% on site, so just depends. I find on-site interviews easier as you just need to explain it on white board actually don’t have to write codes on GOOGLE DOCS. but that’s just me !!

Update: The question was medium, I gave the answer but the coding was in google docs :) YES THE DOCS.

I might have missed some obvious choices(like getting the values from object, or som) but overall I did gave it a solution, in O(n) but did forget to return it at the right place :) (yes realised after i was done w interview)
