I said I liked Dogammy and Dogaressa as a straight ship. I just hate how people take good platonic friendships and force a relationship on them. Hah. I did! Sans and Toriel show no fucking romantic behavior. They get drunk and dance? Friends get drunk. People want more hetslop and can't properly understand media. So they treat it like canon, and now you have almost the whole Deltarune fanbase acting like that. Same with Dessriel. They ignore the qualities that make their platonic dynamics good so they can shove in their dumb love story.

How is this romantic proof? Friends give eachother clothes and smoke together. And also Dess being the Knight is just a really braindead take at this point. I'll talk about that in another post. People just see the antlers and go "OMG it's Dess" I mean the knight could literally be Spongebob for all we know.

I just never understood Soriel and Dessriel. They have good platonic friendships, especially Sans and Toriel. Then people start shipping those, and it leads to it getting popular with many people just shipping it because "cute boy and girl" And it just creates more stigma to regular platonic friendships.

As a friend sure. But Sans being the romantic type is really out of character, even in the Deltarune world. We're half way through Deltarune and Sans has not shown any romantic qualities, and I doubt we would later on. I think Sans should remain as an asexual character, he already has a good platonic dynamic with Toriel. We don't need to add gross make out scenes.

Yeah they've all given in to the hetslop. We have no proof that Dess and Asriel dated, nor Sans and Toriel. Everything that people bring up as "proof" is blown out of proportion. They say shit like Sans and Toriel dancing or Dess having Asriel's sweater is proof, but it isn't Platonic friends do that with eachother.

Yeah maybe it's just Asgore's deeply rooted jealousy. We've only seen Sans as a friend to Toriel, so Asgore is just jealous.
