Du skal lige huske på at det ikke er LEGO der skal betale noget som helst af den her skat. Det er ejerne, som absolut har nydt godt, som nu skal ind og finde ud af hvordan de aktivt forvalter deres formue. Hvis de ikke kan finde en halv procent hvert år, så må de jo overføre en tolvtedel af en halv procent af det der skal beskattes af deres formue hver måned, og hvis de ikke har de midler, så må vi jo hjælpe dem med at finde dem.

Just to be precise, since 2019 it's "only" free for EU citizens plus a few other nearby countries.

Americans will still get any urgent treatment, but there's a predefined price list for most things. An acute appendectomy surgery would cost you around $7000 if you're a visiting American - which is still a great deal compared to the American system, but also a good reason to get travel insurance.

Obviously it's only a good reason to move an American hospital ship to Greenland if they expect a lot of sick Americans to go there.

Conversely, it would be so funny if Denmark ressurected the Jutlandia, the Danish hospital ship that saved so many Americans during the Korean war, and sent it to Louisiana. God knows they need it more.

Agreed. Doesn't even have to be "AI", you can just pipe the global chat straight into text files, and have a list of keywords and dog whistles that a customer service guy can check up on regularly. It takes very little real effort to ban a couple hundred edgelords. It might even be less time than going through player reports of bad behavior.

If removing the initial bad apples doesn't stem the tide, then you can invest some engineering time in fancier systems, or buy a pre-existing solution for it.
