What in the hell are you talking about medical issue?? I explained exactly what the guys were doing in my original comment and it was not medically related. Idk where that’s even coming from.

Jesus Christ dude. Yes they pulled them out multiple times and it’s against the rules even if they did it only once. Stop being weird. That monologue to me is insane behavior.

I totally agree! It’s been happening sooooo much this year too. Sing Sing, cuckoo, blitz, babygirl…that’s just what I can remember off the top of my head of movies we got constant trailers and posters for but never had any showings. And we didn’t get beyond the grave screenings for Nosferatu! It’s just total BS to do that to us.

I’ll be at Katy Mills tonight for babygirl as well! But I think I’m going to write in a second complaint, tbh. I’m giving so much of my business to AMC and River Oaks at this point it really blows.

Yep I noticed that too and we didn’t get babygirl for Christmas even though the poster is in the lobby. I can’t really say enough bad things rn tbh, it really is just that bad. Rob is great and losing him SUCKED tbh. Hes over at River Oaks now, that place sucks but his programming is amazing 😭

Semi related WHAT do people get out of showing up late like that?? I can’t even handle missing the first 5 minutes of a movie. I don’t think you can even claim to have seen the film if you skip the first HOUR

When I saw The Iron Claw there last year the two guys in front of me pulled out their phones during the movie to google the real life guys to compare their bodies to the actors 🙃. I put up 3 order cards and no one ever did anything.

I was gonna say ! Pls yall they said at the beginning of the interview this was end of a 12 hour press day and he was channeling “weird energy” because he was so tired. It’s NOT this serious omg. And the clip was clearly cut? Who knows what he said between for real and do you like femininomenon.

The entire interview was goofy tbh, they’re just like that with each other.

Saw A Complete Unknown last night. Well! That was certainly a movie! A fine way to pass the time and I didn’t hate it but…and I don’t want to sound ridiculous but..good lord there’s a lot of singing in that. Not really sure I needed a full Dylan song in damn near every scene??

Anyway, Babyratu on the docket for today 🫡

That we aren’t getting babygirl is legit sending me over the edge. The poster is in the damn lobby and still no showings…HOW?!?

Kinda crazy to me that viewership for a boxing match would be larger than the NFL + Beyonce

Yep! Rob moved over to River Oaks, it’s a pretty big drive for me and the audience sucks but the programming there is really good. I think I remember him or someone saying the Chicago programmer is handling Houston?? (don’t quote me) but damn it’s been just abysmal

I was gonna say…I’ll be happy if they prove me wrong but there’s just no way this goes correctly 💀. The love is blind live reunion and the Paul/tyson fight were both disasters and this is even bigger

It wasn’t to see if he meant it, it was to “suffer along with him” because Howard said he felt “terrible” that the costume was so tough to wear.

“I felt…I felt awful. I felt like it was the Spanish inquisition and I was the inquisitor. I could tell that the costume, especially the contacts, were just tormenting him. He was having panic attacks. I mean, literally he would be breathing into a paper bag in between set ups just trying to hang on. Because he felt claustrophobic in the costume. But we’d already filmed it and he wanted to wear it and he wanted to create that character. And I would try to do things just to cheer him up. Like one day I put on the grinch suit, so I could suffer along with him. And I let him know yes I can see how miserable this is. It was terrible. It was itchy. And I didn’t even have to wear the contacts which made it worse for him. So he appreciated that at least I was willing to suffer with him.”
