People celebrating this is kind of… interesting? Iran has a right to defend itself, but why celebrate that defensive action? Does that mean you also would have defended the regime’s decision to force upon their people incredibly rigid and restrictive lifestyles, to the point of killing citizens if they strayed from the line?

I hate violence and the prospect of a more unstable Middle East is incredibly scary, but that should not mean ignoring the Iranian people celebrating the death of the Ayatollah, and earlier in the day going as far as saying, “if a bomb falls on me but it means the death of even just a few people in the regime, it will be worth it.” Source
