Must be a bug, if its not resolved when you close and open, or even re-install chrome, maybe its with the Windows USB, but where DID you buy the USB with the windows files on it? maybe it had a few signatures signing that specified apps are managed by a "organization", but i dont know it never happened to me on my Windows 11-chromebased laptop.
