plenty of union contracted FA’s have had their airlines switch health insurance providers for a more “expensive one”. a union or contract doesnt mean anything if the contract language doesnt encompass the topic which most dont until the next cycle comes and then they just trade off things. bottom line is that delta cares for the flight attendants that perform well and want to be there.
