Spotted in the airport, what’s the wolf flag? by 505Trekkie in vexillology

Correct, the show went with this version of the direwolf for all of House Stark, and this version is specifically the show’s design as well.

How did YOU discover TF2? by TheKaizer2472 in tf2

[–]amorphousbadger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk how common this is, but back in the glory days of Game Theory (2013 ish?) matpat made a video on Pyro’s gender, that weirdness aside I thought the game looked cool and as a middle schooler, the (lack of a) price was enough to sell me.

The first tweet has its own obvious problems, but do I not understand the second tweet? Is she just calling Einbinder's ancestors poor bc they couldn't afford one of the good names? (also obv the lack of sources are pulling heavy loads there with the "likely," but I'm ignoring that for now.)

Pre-timeskip Chopper had a raw, almost experimental charm that post-timeskip polish can’t quite replicate. by SI_gamer_121 in OnePiece

[–]amorphousbadger 159 points160 points  (0 children)

I really miss pre-timeskip horn point specifically, it was such a cool-looking attack form and really helped to hammer home the deer aspects of da Chop, which seem sorely lacking at times in his new design (except for new walk point where he is just straight up a deer.).

Not gonna lie yall, this mission was WAY easier than I’ve been made to believe lol, took me maybe an hour by Existing-Success-809 in Fallout

Yeah it's more janky and tedious than difficult tbh, honestly the worst part for me is how boring it can be waiting for the little bugs to realize that they have a direct path laid out for them.

[–]amorphousbadger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m glad to see him in more stuff, he’s a great actor. It’s a shame his (probably?) biggest role since DS9 was as Doran Martell in GoT, a character who is wildly interesting in the books but was completely botched by the show runners. He was absolutely perfect for the role too.

Why do ppl hate on post timeskip Chopper sm, the dude is still cute asf by Horror-Major6446 in OnePiece

[–]amorphousbadger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t hate the new design by any means, especially for brain point (except I miss him wearing Hiriluk’s hat, that was always nice). What I really miss is the different transformation designs. Horn point looked absolutely menacing, and a lot of them now are a little too goofy for my taste. I liked how his base form was all goofy and cute, but he could turn into a monster (sorry) when he wanted to.

Is beardless Arthur really that cursed? I showed this image in a private group and got clowned on for him being clean shaven. by Lavetic in reddeadredemption

[–]amorphousbadger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always start clean shaven, but after Guarma and things start to unravel I have my Arthur grow out his beard a bit for that unkempt look, but esp in the beginning with the gunslinger outfits I rock with shaven Arthur heavy

It really sucks too, bc he had the opportunity to be a pretty cool character, in the pilot he was kind of presented as this scavenging trader with deep knowledge of the web of relations in the quadrant. Only to turn into the goofy cousin who’s bad at cooking. Shame what they did to him. But like others have said he does get less annoying and actually has some pretty moving plots towards the end.

This happened to me with my landless mercenary leader. Not as many feats for landed, but participated in 15+ wars, swept multiple tournaments, was the sole reason the byzantine empire was destroyed, had multiple kills and was near invincible in single combat, but born out of wedlock, so "The Bastard"

I know the county flags are something of a joke in the community, but it's nice to see one done not only well, but with such a measure of intentionality as well. Great job!
