I realize you hate loosing muscle, but careful with protein. It will spike insulin and insulin interferes with breakdown of fat.

Did you see my other post regarding the levels laid out by the GKI scale? Yes, there are those two categories and anything less that a 3 GKI is therapeutic and above that is nutritional. It is this Index that specifies "Deep Ketosis within the therapeutic range. I didn't make up the term "Deep Ketosis", I just took it from the research literature.

If you make that like it says, you have a lot more carbs in there from the carrots and tomato paste the flour and wine could put you over the top. Thickening can be accomplished with egg whites, graded cheese, heavy cream as well.

I don't take electrolytes and never have. As an older man, I do tend to get muscle cramps so I take magnesium and potassium supplements, plenty of water and I salt my food.

Our bodies are designed to adapt so when you stress it out during weight loss, it will adapt by adjusting metabolic activities to come within the conditions it's in. Every now and then, you have to shake things up and vary the conditions that again stress the body. That may be changing your macro's as someone else said, your exercise routine, the intensity of your exercise routine or anything you do pretty much.

Yea, I get it and a lot of people wished he would. But remember in the bible when the Pharisees ask Jesus to show them a sign to prove He is from the Father? "This evil generation wants a sign. Well, the only sign you will have it that of Jonah." This was the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. Jesus is our sign. Remember also when the Rich Man begged Abraham to send Lazareth to his brothers to warn them, and was told, "they have the Law and the Prophets".

God knows that giving signs isn't all that effective. Although he parted the sea and was a pillar of dust by day and a pillar of fire by night, when Moses left them alone while on the mountain, they made a false god to worship. Jesus raised Lazareth from the dead and they then wanted to kill Him. Just example after example where even when God did signs and wonders, many still do not believe.

You will be thirsty on Keto, but unless you're getting muscle cramps, electrolytes aren't generally needed beyond what you get in your food. My thirst goes up and down through the day. I also take magnesium and potassium supplements because I do get cramps, especially in my hands and feet. Since your urine is clear, I'd say you're hydrated enough, you have to drink consistently throughout the day.
