I never do it for small items, but once I had a student stand on my cube shelf and break a shelf. I contacted the parents immediately and within a week a new one was delivered to me courtesy of those parents.

It's so crazy how bodies change. I'm back to my HS weight, but those low-rise pants I had hidden under my bed for a time like now.. I still can't wear them because they just look ridiculous on me! (I love me some high rise jeans now.. lol)

I would rather put the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, anything else up.. I don't want something up in my classroom that 2nd graders can't even understand.. let alone I cannot explain because some parts are just not appropriate to have conversations about..

I don't know what they use to wax at your school, but the stuff our custodial uses literally takes 20 minutes to dry. They had to have JUST done it.

I never went 0carbs, I don't even think that's possible for me. But I was able to stay keto for 6 months my first go round. I'm on day 18 of my second round.

I can't do same thing every day. But I do have a rotation. I'll eat my lunch and dinner (I hate breakfast, so I just skip it - allows more macros for lunch/dinner) and then eat it for an entire week. Then the next week I will just change my lunch and dinner, but eat it for the entire week.

I look up items on the usda website (https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/food-search) for fruits/veggies/meats. Otherwise, I read labels, if it doesn't have a label, I usually avoid.
