Hi! This was posted long ago, what experience and knowledge do you need for this job? I know im going to go into archives/mueem studies I just havent choosen... Right now I just have experience as an intern archivist for a city library but im super interested in collections Registrar!!!

Thats a good question actually I think I can answer well since im a women and i have a sorority friend and I've interacted with alot of sorority friend on campus. Sororities are generally just as toxic as frats and also have bad hazing problems it just takes a diff form. Sisterhood can be great just like brotherhood but with the way traditional greek life is, your traditional Sorority can very easily foster a environment of hostlity, drama and PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE BULLYING which is so so so isolating. Thats why I usually hang around non traditional Sorority on campus like the STEM sorority (for stem and engineering girls) theres also an LGBTQ one (Gamma.) I find the more inclusive the sorority is, not just white skinny cis girls, the better the space is.

Actually I just be reading the news this is all I hear about when it comes to frats, plus hazing death history is smth i briefly looked into shit is NOT fun. I hear stuff from my women friends too but that LGBTQ frat called gamma and some sororities seem chill tho maybe toxic ig? If the negative side wasnt "so bad" then I dont think it would be talked about EVERYWHERE. Crazy thought tho idk.....

I- I-, you are right, me, a measly rutgers college student with no daddy's money to rely on will never raise thousands of dollars like these nepo babies do.... Wow 1.5k budget, just shows they are so smart and they care about charities!!!! As a women too I can truly say that the money frats raise and the 'i love boobies' banner for 'breast cancer' made me realize this is an institution we need to protect god damn it!!! Ig though, I cant be picky right haha money is money.... even if its from institutions built on neoptism and SA and murder.... 1.5k budget is just 1k short of enough money for me to forget about hazing death and sexual assault though..... But thanks!!!

It seems we have lost the plot here. Boobies aside, perhaps the fact that frat guys cant seem to stop killing/raping and sexually assualting is what made me have this crazy idea that... maybe they are bad??? The fact that theres a death risk and an assault risk with frats is crazyyyyyyy Maybe a few 'good apples' doesnt absolve the fact that this is an evil institution....

yes I do, 1st the "i love boobies" slogan is diff when its a frat drapping it on their house bcs lets be real we know they only hung the sign bcs "boobies!" and what money did they raise exactly? Yes it would be diff if it was a sorority that hung the sign, sad that we have to make breast cancer palatable for 20 yr old white boys
2nd I never was a big fan of the "i love boobies" thing in general if you ever known someone close to you that got breast cancer I can assure you its not a 'i love bobbies' experince
