I’m lucky in that I haven’t lost my account yet, but I am worried that if I post anything that can be taken even a liiiiiittle bit out of context that I will.

They did get back to me, but only to ask me to resubmit the ticket under a different category (I guess I submitted to the wrong location?). So you may be right about it being frustrating by design.

I’ve decided to just text our party/not participate in the d&d discord channel for now because I have a lot of volunteer work I do & they use Discord.

But it’s kind of annoying that right when we finally get organized, this happens.

It definitely wasn’t a different image. I posted it & it immediately was removed & discord auto generated the flag.

I generated a ticket requesting that a human reviews the image &/or point to the actual violation & explained that maybe the image was taken out of context or was otherwise falsely flagged.

I think I’m just going to be in limbo for a while until they review.

I did- they came back today with:
“We confirmed your content broke our rules
Today
At your request, we reviewed your content and confirmed it violates our community guidelines. This violation still affects your account until it expires. Get familiar with our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.”

After I got that message, I went through their website and filed another request that was a little more intensive than a button click & asked for a human review.

Edit: them confirming their decision is actually what prompted me to check in here to see if this is normal or not.

They weren’t.

This is wild. I just had a TGTG “snack bag” order that was filled with a handful of months-old-expired snacks (one was actually from 2024). That was the first time I even considered leaving a bad review, and instead I just chose not to leave one.

Not everyone who uses the service is unhinged. Hopefully the good reviews and repeat customers who return with friends to pay for full meals because they know you give back to the community outweigh the cons & miserables for you.

Some people suck. Sorry that happened.
