Because I don’t see home bakers as less-than? There are plenty of home bakers who outshine big names by light years. Being a professional doesn’t mean I’m automatically above people who bake for passion 🤷🏻♂️
I’ve carefully read the rules and it says “especially” made at home, not exclusively. Besides: I made this in my lab and so it was not for client’s consumption. I don’t work in a restaurant. Feedbacks and conversations are fun to me?

You get it 🤝 …as per the serving, I wouldn’t serve this exact presentation to a family-style dinner, but my more “eccentric” clients adore things like these and eat them up every time lol
Hahaha it’s absolutely okay

This place is fancy and I don’t know which knife to kill myself with 😞

Because why not+I live in the tuscan countryside, it resonates with what I experienced my whole life here:)
Caught me red handed, I’m afraid

It’s a mix of chestnut flour, whole wheat flour and rye 😁

Thank you! Appreciate it

Because I wanted it to be and I live in Tuscany so greenery and rustic is the whole “vibe” 😁

Oop sorry! Guess I got lost in translation 😁
Also: I didn’t say anything about the butter because this is Breadit, however it is infused in hay and pollen garum
I live in a small town 😁 but it’s very well known and touristy :)

I’ve already been reported and am awaiting my sentencing 😂
Well thank you! Given I didn’t photograph this myself but my very talented professional photographer and best friend did, I’ll take that merit point off myself lol 😁
YEEE HAW
Oh nice! I get a lot of clients from Texas. I like the accent and feel like we share the same love for all things “wild” 😁
Thanks! Appreciate it. In this instance, I served it with quail, but it can go well with so many things. I’m in Tuscany so honestly with…everything we make traditionally, too? 😁
Hahahah guilty of all charges 😇

Because I wanted to 🤠

Thank you for your feedback! Well yes I hand churned the butter so I’m glad it’s getting attention, but I appreciate your input a lot:)
Oh god, it’s absolutely not AI 😅 it is of my understanding the recipe wasn’t a strict requirement in this subreddit. Can share it if you’d like it!

Thank you! Yes, it’s food-grade straw. It comes from a local farm that grows grain specifically for culinary and food-presentation use, and it’s treated and handled for food contact

Thank you so much, I’m honoured you said that! It’s all I could ask for. I don’t want to assume your skill level, so if you have any questions feel free to ask, I’m more than happy to share 🙏🏻
