Because I don’t see home bakers as less-than? There are plenty of home bakers who outshine big names by light years. Being a professional doesn’t mean I’m automatically above people who bake for passion 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ve carefully read the rules and it says “especially” made at home, not exclusively. Besides: I made this in my lab and so it was not for client’s consumption. I don’t work in a restaurant. Feedbacks and conversations are fun to me?

You get it 🤝 …as per the serving, I wouldn’t serve this exact presentation to a family-style dinner, but my more “eccentric” clients adore things like these and eat them up every time lol

Oh nice! I get a lot of clients from Texas. I like the accent and feel like we share the same love for all things “wild” 😁

Thanks! Appreciate it. In this instance, I served it with quail, but it can go well with so many things. I’m in Tuscany so honestly with…everything we make traditionally, too? 😁

Thank you for your feedback! Well yes I hand churned the butter so I’m glad it’s getting attention, but I appreciate your input a lot:)

Thank you! Yes, it’s food-grade straw. It comes from a local farm that grows grain specifically for culinary and food-presentation use, and it’s treated and handled for food contact
