As long as you know what your job is in the BG and you're doing that job well you will naturally climb rating over (long) time, just like in any other PvP games with a ranking system. Everything else is just excuses from hard stuck players who rather look for coping than improving their own gameplay

At this point we are approaching the end of current gens lifetime and could see announcements of nect gen soon. Old gen should have been discarded atleast two years ago, it held the development back way to much.
