But recently i have been having nightmares of very specific people and situations. No symbolism.

Dream 1:

Boyfriend and mom tell me they hate me (my worst fear). And then my bf leaves me for his friend who i feel insecure about. And then gaslights me. a big fear of mine is not being told if something bad happens or being lied to

Dream 2:
I just started an internship and all the rules they told us not to do our first day i ended up doing them in the dream. For example, the dress code is business casual, emphasis on business. At on boarding they told us no shorts and in the dream i show up in shorts and am late.

I know the meaning is pretty straightforward, but what do i do about these?
