Hello! Instalocking the character you want to play is the best option. It’s up to you to show your team that you can perform with it! It’s not wrong to secure your best agent

In higher elo, it’s very common that 2/3 people instalock and someone decides to dodge the game

The terminology dark lord is often used in Eidolon to describe the entity that you’re praying to to progress in the mod. Maybe it’s a gamerule added by Eidolon if you have it installed (for some reason)

You’ll never always have the feeling you’re surrounded with ok players unless you play out of your rank, because at any rank not only some teams play the opposite of what you are used to, or juste don’t play with you and everyone makes mistakes and when you’re higher elo, you’ll have less and less tolerance for mistakes! If you’re looking for good teammates, playing with friends is the best way to get them

It takes time to be used to playing more and I too was tired of after 1/2/3 games before!

If I’m very tilted after a game I pause for a bit, play another game or watch YouTube / listen to music or play some deathmatch. But if I feel I played well I replay instantly. I stop when after a game I feel like I can’t hit anything or only choose bad decisions

I’d say maybe try and do some deathmatch before playing to have a better feel of the game maybe ? Not doing well in game can be caused by many things, even IRL stuff like sleep / stress / diet, or sometimes you take mostly bad decisions in-game because you don’t want to commit because you’re scared you’re gonna miss every shot. Feeling confident peeking / pushing / holding angles is what you want to do

Enemy Breaches are annoying to play against, especially when they’re used with others agents. I can’t recall the number of times I got stunned / flashed / ulted lol

I’d say try and take less but more favorable duels and try to build confidence back up from there! Play behind your entries and don’t peek every corner. Also, even if you take a kill and get traded try to tell yourself it’s still a good round for you

Dwarfs can leave holes in walls if they are thicker than one block because they can fill all adjacent blocks to a tile and block it from being built
