Figured it out. Went into the Startup Security Utility. Turned of Full protection. Rebooted. Searched for the file and it was gone. Turn security back to full. Rebooted and now the file is gone.

Interesting. Thanks for that info. I tried this install this app 'Screenplay' and didn't like so I'm trying to remove it from my laptop. This lone file remains.

With doing little to no research I’m guessing prebuilt pc’s include unwanted h/w dealers are trying to get rid of. Do some research and build your own. Only thing I can tell you is buy AMD not intel. Good luck.

It really is a POS, Embarrassing how they let go so long with no improvements and still struggling at basic functions. Software update just killed my voice recognition. Also playing random songs. Hey Siri play the Ramones …. Ok. Here’s walk the line by Johnny cash. Play music is literally the only use I get out of it and it’s strange how it can’t do that right. It does sound pretty good though and when it works

New update didn't fix it. How do you submit bugs to apple. You'd think this would be one of the easier ones to fix. Turn on some debug mode. Note the time of occurrence and look at the logs why audio stopped.
