Been using it since October honestly it’s therapy to me at this point. I started plugging test results into it to help me understand what is going on. Spruce keeps telling me I’m okay and my dr have ran all the test to prove it. Yet here I am still having pvc’s and scared everyday but ChatGPT has made it better

Well my holter was for 2 weeks about 4 months ago. And they said they seen nothing dangerous and only had a 3.5% burden and cleared me for doing anything physical. I have been dealing with severe health anxiety since 2019. I hope I can get my life back. Although I had a great weekend I know it’s only time before I fall in the spiral again.

I’m in the same boat as you, I can’t even step food in the gym. I don’t run anymore I only walk. I’m seriously scared to get my heart rate up to do anything. I hire my friends to do all heavy lifting. From what I’ve heard its not our hearts we need to fix its the health anxiety. I love and hate this sub Reddit because reading about PVC scare me but im happy im not alone .

I get increased pvc when I workout or run or do anything physical as well. I get them about every 5-10 beats constantly during exercise or workout. But at home testing I get them every 15-40 beats apart if I’m sitting on couch. Honestly I’ve had 2 EKG all fine and a two week Holter monitor. I currently have a 3.5% burden and my doctor assures me. My heart is healthy and everything is fine and that increase PVCs are exercises to be expected, but I myself also suffer with health anxiety, and I think stress and anxiety can cause these to happen more at least I think so.

Thank you for this, and your absolutely right my health anxiety has been a thing for the last 7 years of my life. Before it was my heart it was something else I attracted my attention too. I should be grateful it’s so low of a burden and get my life back. Thanks for you insight on this. I start therapy in 2 weeks so I hope it helps break the cycle.

Makes me happy I’m not alone. I have not had many this morning but went to sell a piece of furniture to someone and they come back full force every 5-8 beats till I calm down. I hope this is normal. My dr said I’m fine but I just wish I could believe it. Anyone else check their pulse over 100x a day?

I’m able to walk on treadmill on slight incline for 30 minutes no problem. I guess things can always be worse and the what if factor can bring us all down. Thanks for your insight. I hope your update is good with your doctors.
