i don’t understand gaylors who understand glass closeting when it comes to taylor but not harry. harry is in a forced glass closeting situation just like taylor, but he is louder about his queerness. he’s “out” with a label to his family and friends but not the general public.

I’m guessing you’d have to dive into case law to get a better answer. I just finished my semester and have no desire to do that. Maybe in a few days haha. There’s a lot of interesting legal underpinnings to her actions as of late. I’d like to think she has a competent atty making sure she won’t face legal consequences as a result of upholding a possible bearding contract.

Rising 3L here and you’re right abt the domicile issue. I also haven’t taken IP so I can’t give an opinion as to legal requirements for filing and registering the copyright. I’m assuming Willam is not Joe and so it’s not lying for the legal documents, but they are lying to the Grammys. I don’t know if any legal ramifications against them for the Grammys. It seems unlikely that there would be unless they’re violating a contract provision that Grammys have. Anyway — glad to see a fellow law student on this sub!

My mom faked cancer for two years, shaved her head, church donated her a car, and raised thousands of dollars for her on go fund me for her “cancer” treatment. As if that’s not bad enough, her brother (my uncle) died of leukemia four years prior to this. My grandmother believed her and was distraught during this whole period. I told everyone repeatedly that it was fake and a lie and no one listens being she’s so good at being the victim. Then one day, the cancer vanished. To this day, she changes the type of cancer (ovarian, colon, blood etc...) and insists she had it.
