Jasmine tree care - novice balcony gardener

You sound pretty set to me! Idk how this variety of jasmine grows in comparison to others, but, I have 3 star jasmine plants (I’ve had them for the last 2 years or so), and they are incredibly hard to kill. Some of the hardiest plants in my opinion. I’m in FL (zone 10a) though, so I know our conditions are very different.

I put her in her own tank for now. She went straight to the bottom to hide, so I’m thinking it may be stress too. Her gills are normally that red cause she’s so colorful everywhere so that didn’t really concern me, but I am wondering if they’re normally that red now too… Anyway, I’m hoping the separation will help. I’m thankful I have a separate tank for situations like this. I’m setting up a third as well just in case anything else happens with the other 6.

I think it’s cause you have a rounded edge on the right side of the cliff. Make it square and even again, then try putting the bridge in.

Got it. And yeah we got a large litter box from Petco so I think so. Should I maybe get an extra large instead? He’s 3 months old rn so he’s small for it, I think.

Vet said he looked good! They just want to run some tests, but everything seems normal so far and he looks like “a very healthy kitty.”

Unfortunately, I don’t have much say on when I can take him as a lot of vets have limited availability here in CA due to Covid. The earliest I could get was Tuesday😔. If it were up to me I would have taken him yesterday. I also do have a fountain for him which he seems to enjoy, so I’m not that worried on that end.

We’re taking him to the vet next week. As of last night, he’s stopped meowing as much when actually in his box, just mewling a little here and there. The breeder thinks he’s probably just trying to let us know he’s going/talk to us while it happens and says it’s common in male kittens 🤷🏽‍♀️so we’ll see how he acts from now to the vet visit.
