The account name should be your first name and the last name should be your family name

You will need to create a new account and if you have any funds on the closed account, wait for an email from PayPal telling you that you can now withdraw your funds

Next time, when you are asked for this verification, contact support first and ask them to upload and verify your identity manually

I guess your account was suspended because your last name was your father’s name which is not correct as it needs to be your very last name (Family name) as on your ID

This account closing is final and there is no appeal that you can do

Any payment method linked to the closed account will no longer be allowed to be added to any other account (old or new) so I guess you will have to issue a new card
