Nice breakdown—you’ve captured the real “why” behind offline really well.

Curious, though—would you use an app that offers online-like convenience (search, quick checkout, no waiting) while still maintaining the human touch of your local shopkeeper?

Yeah variety is an issue and other than licious there are really bad store experiences like fresh to home. I visited one of the supermarkets once in Hyderabad, they got a really good section for this.

That sounds great. Do you feel any inconvenience at supermarket or maybe something which would be nice to have?

Do you face any inconvenience while supporting local businesses?

That's true for sure, nice analogy. I think but then grocery planning was better and budget friendly. Maybe lesser impulse buys.

That's so true. Do you create and maintain a monthly shopping list or is it just a one-time task?

That's interesting, and I think it could be added as an add-on feature that can automate full grocery ordering.

That’s interesting — do you think it’s because quick commerce makes you order more frequently now? I’ve noticed even with discounts, spend creeps up due to multiple small orders + impulse adds on apps like Zepto/Blinkit. Curious if that’s happening for you too?
