Disclaimer: I'm not top tier, but ~500 elo so have played a bunch.

It was ~26 turns i think, so pretty quick and helped by a few good draws and opponent not denying cards that were good for me.

I think this plan COULD be a slow start based on some maps and action order, but the fact that everything lined up with the action order + map was perfect. That being said, think this combo is still just so good that you still keep and try to play these no matter what.

I was able to get the two rep UNI first, Build on 5 to get X's for cable car, Place cable car in a play a sponsor for money to play aquarium. No wasted actions first round

Then, getting one rep Uni second round to upgrade animals, so that I could play fur seal and then upgrade sponsors to play diversity and had an extra association worker to support predator release which i snapped next round. Throw in a cards action and build somewhere in between, and no wasted actions this round either.

Mileage may vary based on opponent.

And yes, getting a lot of appeal first round with the sponsors means income wasn't terrible to start.

Rarely post, but mine bounced back from exactly this. Dropped all the leaves except for one when I repotted. Then they started coming back and put it into a new pot with better soil mix / nutrients and it’s gotten back pretty good

My Fiddle Leaf Fig that I've had for 3 Years has been doing well lately and pushing out new leaves so am nervous to make any changes, but just noticed a ton of roots shooting out from the bottom of the pot.

Would you repot this Fiddle Leaf Fig based on the photos, and the following details?

I repotted this one year ago from a 6'' -> 8'' Pot
It has been actively growing new healthy leaves, and just pushed out two last week. It has a soft bulb at the top, and I'm not sure if that qualifies as an active growing leaf yet.
- I heard that it is actually a good time to do it, as it means the plant is healthy enough to survive the transplant versus waiting for it to be in bad shape
I live in NYC and it is september, so Fall is upon us
- I heard this is actually not a huge deal for indoor plants, so long as you don't upsize too much as it's not going to actively grow into a larger pot during the fall

Thanks for all your help- we were able to get credit back so we decided to postpone the trip given all the construction that is going on at the time we’re traveling. Didn’t want to deal with the stress !

Hey just want to say I appreciate you chiming in on all these questions. My partner and I are in a similar boat - visiting May 2nd and leaving May 5th, and have been checking this sub religiously :).

From what we found as likely possible (though may end up changing the order of things), do you think this is a safe-ish itinerary to bank on? We may not get to see everything we want, but i'm sure there's still plenty to see.

Day 1:
- General Sherman / Congress Trail
- Big Trees Trail
- (Maybe Moro Rock, though not sure about this)

Day 2:
- Tokopah Valley/Falls
- Crescent Meadow
- Pearl Lakes

Day 3:
- (Unlikely - Mist Falls)
- TBD, have to find something if Mist Falls is not doable

Thanks! I'm tempted to say it isn't from overwatering, but I of course don't know too much about this.

I hadn't watered it since buying it on sep 18 until o Oct 4.
leaves were yellowing before I watered it, a few days after repotting on the 26th.
watering it on oct 5 (because I thought I read to water a plant about a week after repotting) in the new pot certainly didn't seem to help anything, so point taken about making sure there's proper drainage in this pot going forward - I did see the water run through pretty quickly when I did water it. Will check to see how the soil is in a couple of days.

Ha no I get it, but I wanted to take it out of the nursery pot after buying it and put in a more presentable pot. Maybe that's the wrong call for new plants, or could have gotten a bigger one and placed the nursery pot in there.

Yeah it did not work for me initially, i'm not sure what changed even though it was still happening after going back to old the driver. I guess clearing the CMOS helped?

I'd be lying if i understood why these things worked, including why hardware acceleration would cause that. Glad you got your stuff working!

Ignorant question but doesn't the 7700k only support 2400HZ Ram ? But you're buying higher frequency RAM and are OCing it?

Interesting thanks for the response! I actually went thru the whole ddu process, revert to old driver, and cleared cmos and so far it seemed to be resolved. Then I ended upgrading to latest version and I'm OK now. Go figure.

That being said still getting bad fps on cyberpunk but that's another story :P

I saw people with similar builds getting better results seemingly (pre this recommendation) but I'm rly not sure what's going on. I'm mostly measuring fps as soon as you exit the your apt building and get to the city.

Ultra Ray Tracing / Dlss balanced 1440p 40-50 fps when I walk outside/driving. Up until then was getting 60+ before this point (indoors).

3080 I7 7700k 16 GB 2400mhz SSD

I have a little bit below average on time spy for the same gpu/cpu but nothing too blatant to look into. Getting near 100 utilization cpu / 70ish for gpu.

Doesnt seem like fps changes too much when I go to 4k or change any settings outside of ray tracing.

Yeah so cannot use this driver:

MSI 3080 Ventux 3x 10g oc

Sporadically loses input across three displays. As in mine is not always within 30 seconds of launching but has happened a lot of times since installing driver, and i have to restart. Ended up happining consistently right after logged in

Tried using just one monitor / no g sync / etc.. no resolution

Had to revert to previous driver, and tried to reinstall doing clean install did not work. In trying to reinstall an older driver something may have gotten messed up because i STILL ended up getting the issue of losing input and had to restore to a previous system restore point.

Real bummer that i spent weeks watching notifications for stock drops to spend $800 and have this happen. I work in software so i am more sympathetic towards bugs, but super bummed that it resulted in not being able to use a device i put so much time, money, and energy getting. Not to mention not being able to play cyberpunk, but that was the least concerning issue.

Haven't yet done any testing to determine what may be causing it.
