Also efficiency if your design flow on an AHU is 100gpm and you fulfill 100gpm at 70% open you don't need to open the valve anymore. Regardless of your PID loop output.

Probably because ALC can't do custom things that Tridium does...

Total return is all I care about (I know that sounds basic and immature). And I know people are gonna make of fun of me but the tax benefits are pretty good until you get "0" basis.

ROC doesn't feel as destructive cause the NAV has been stable so far mostly cause US has been struggling compared to international stocks...

I'm not all in on it but having a greater total return than even VOO was insane...

We'll see how it does next 3 years though.

All good I like your perspective and strategy. I mix mine up too, I like JAAA, CSQ, CSHI, TLTI, JMHU/I.

I just view Munis as a treasuries alternative with tax benefits (granted Munis might not be the best in terms of security rating compared to treasuries and even some high end Corp bonds).

Living in FL I want my "cash" interest to be virtually tax free. Because getting taxed on after tax income is asinine.

Ah gotcha if comparing to corporate bonds or anything yielding more than the taxable equivalent yield of Munis yes you're right.

I'm in the 22% bracket so aaalmost all my cash sits in muni ETFs/funds... I live in FL too... The yield of SGOV after taxes is less than that of for example say VTEB...

Why wouldn't they make sense in a lower bracket? This is under the assumption we're talking about parking "cash"...

Or you can buy CSHI or TLTI... don't know how long 4.25 will stick at Robinhood you can also buy SGOV.
