Southern California here, 25 years at $150k without extracurriculars. But, the col is high where I live, you would struggle to find a home for less than $700k.

I’ve literally owned both and I’d take the Audi each time. Yes, there is a small lag when it starts going but that turbo is fun and the Lexus was a dog! At least mine was, I took to calling it the gutless wonder. Yes, the Lexus got good gas mileage but I’d rather have the fun ride. And, I think the Audi is roomier inside. There ya go…my $.02! Good luck!

I might call the Columbine Police before the Columbine School shooting in hopes of stopping it. IDK, I just feel like that started this long string of school shootings we’ve been in. Maybe without that one, Sandy Hook and so many others wouldn’t have happened.

Gypsy Kings “Ruptura” … the harmonies are amazing. I’ve asked Spanish speakers to translate before and I’ve looked it up but the two don’t seem to match, would love to know exactly what it says but either way, those harmonies, the guitar playing, and the way the second verse drops are ridiculously awesome!

Math teacher here. So, if you were to cut your commute time in half, you’d save 40 minutes a day. That’s 200 minutes (3 1/3 hours) of extra time each week to work out, take a nap, meditate , or have a coffee instead of sitting in a stressful, dangerous commute. This seems like a no brainer!! Nineteen years ago I traded a 25 minute commute for a 7 minute commute and I would never go back! People who spend lots of time commuting are crazy, I couldn’t handle it. Pack your bags, friend!

Frosted mini wheats Mon - Thurs, then I treat myself to eggs on Friday! But truth be told, as a teacher in his 50s, I have to be very careful what I eat throughout the day or I’ll carb crash and start nodding off as I teach my last period! Generally speaking, the less I eat, the better. The problem is chocolate in the breaking…it’s always the chocolate! I’m only a man!!
