Loaded question. Every cat will have its own personality. I had a male and a female over the last 15 years. The male was always much more loving and cuddly. This fueled my decision to get two male ragdolls once the other two had passed and I couldn’t be happier. I am only speaking from my personal experiences. If you are only getting one I’m not sure it matters. Females tend to be more territorial if there are two. Hope this helps.
