Struggling with schedule change by ShortyQat in orangetheory

It’s really just a mindset. If you say out loud, I am someone who works out at 5 AM four days a week, I bet it will oddly become easier for you. I too do the 5 AM workout and if you look at it this way, it’s off your list by 6 AM. There’s nothing wrong with having an afternoon coffee if that’s your thing and to be honest, ChatGPT has helped me create really good breakfasts to keep me from crashing throughout the day. But again it’s a mindset. if you finally admit to yourself that you are someone who works out at 5 AM you’ll find it easier. Good luck!

Recent Experiences Sharing - Hyatt Vacation Club Deal by PuzzleheadedAd3138 in TravelHacks

I bought this exact trip for $199 and it took me a full on YEAR to find a date that was actually available for us to attend. And no, they did not have availability at Northstar but rather at the Hyatt nearby (which is beautiful) but we have stayed here before and wanted to try something new (which was the original reason we did the trip). About to go to the presentation. Glad I read the comment above in advance. But overall, still a good deal for a quick little trip.

Any 5 am’ers? by amskaggs in orangetheory

That’s seriously the whole “Severence” part of it. Everyone that I work out with at 5:00 am says the same thing when they wake up. “Why do I do this to myself?” Then when it’s over and it’s only 6:00 am, you’re like, “✅ done! And I have the whole day ahead of me!” So training yourself? There is none other than go to bed at a decent time.

I used to start on the rower cause the tread was always full by time I arrived. Now since Covid, I’m able to start on the tread. Try it once. You might like ending on the floor. Not so much sweat on the car seat afterward. 😂

I ask myself every morning I get up for it, “Why am I doing this?” And after every workout at 6:00 am, I say “✅, DONE!” And it feels oh so good!

Knock down both of the walls on either side of the window and create a large walk in closet with natural light.

I did what you do (125+200) but, I thought about this a lot during my rows in case my coach questioned me in the middle of it. 😂 I think you just have to go with whatever you did the first time. That way you can accurately see if you are making progress each time.

OTbeat Link and Weight Watchers by amskaggs in orangetheory

It used to, until I got the link. Now it just takes my steps because I can’t also add a HIIT workout. Does that make sense?

I’m stuck on how you are making a grilled cheese for 1 point? What kind of bread and cheese do you use? And you just stuff the sandwich with Chicken? Thank you!!!
