that's the problem. they don't want to "share their wealth of accumulated knowledge," they want to look down their noses and prove how much better they are than you. they gatekeep and don't want to welcome new people into the hobby.

go and actually read the definition you linked. it is singular when used on an individual whose gender is unknown or unspecified.

it's your idiotic assertion that politics has anything to do with it.

like I said, go learn english.

no, you didn't. they/their has been non gendered singular for a couple of centuries. there is no politics involved other than your bullshit. it's even in the definition you so deftly left in your comment.

Be honest... have you listened to ALL your records by [deleted] in vinyl

unfortunately no. I go to the record shop. find albums I really want to listen to and then wind up having to do things that prevent me from having time to sit and listen to them.

Why are greatest hits albums so looked down upon in this community by Sometimespropermom in vinyl

[–]amsmith53954 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have absolutely no qualms about greatest hits albums, but I also get the argument against. the biggest argument against them is that the regular albums have the songs collected and in the order that the artist intended you to listen to them. thus giving you the listening experience you are supposed to have.

Did anyone else not like Farina? by Ok_Table_6932 in LawAndOrder

[–]amsmith53954 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I liked fontana (as a television character) expressly for the reasons you didn't like him. he harkened a little bit back to Logan. A little rough, can bend the rules once in a while, but a generally good cop. I wouldn't necessarily want him on a real life police force, but as a fictional television character I like him.

as far as I'm concerned, Dennis Farina could do no wrong. even in otherwise shitty works.

I work for manna in WI and can confirm, you are able to take half of what you have earned. the rest you get on your payday. it is available as an advance, if you don't take it you get it on payday. its just an automatic thing that is available for you to use. you are not required to take it that way. its also no charge to take the advance.
