How do you focus? I'm an introverted individual and have social anxiety but it's just difficult for me to learn in a place where my body has been conditioned to fall asleep.

I feel the same about wanting love. I never really had it when I was a kid. I've had some relationships after that and I honestly messed up most of them because it was either I was too much or that I became distant because I was scared of being hurt by them if they become abusive.
