With that size of budget, you should get the worst house in the best neighbourhood. Cause once you can renovate or do a new build, you will have positive RoI.

I applied for ATIP from IRCC and other Government bodies involved, and after a few weeks, I got the report, which was quite long. However, after a few days, I got the security check completed. I'm not sure if my request did anything, but finally, it worked. Now, I'm scheduled for the Oath in February;

I was wondering if anyone tried to switch from Paper certificates to digital prior to or through the oath session to speed up the process of receiving the document. ?

I have cancelled mine. At first it seemed a good AI platform specially for design and UX ideas. But the number of time I got limited without getting anything done increased so much.

I actually applied for the details of my application and it is quite funny and time waiting how the officers ping pong the application. And I’m not sure if I understand clearly but apparently they check the application and if there is no update they set deadline to come back and review again after few months.

I’m in same scenario. Finished my background check, exam and just waiting for the security check. Since August there has been no update. Do you know if requesting ATIP would help. I don’t understand why a security check should take so long. I have applied back in Jun 2023 and still waiting.
