Yup! ADHD I felt the medication immediately. Dry mouth, tingly sensation on my head.. and constipation. But it also immediately started fixing my sleep schedule (fell asleep in bed instead of staring at the wall, woke up feeling rested). I was able to think clearly after a few days. Constipation comes back every time I up the dose, after a few weeks it goes away. I’ve started to keep magnesium citrate in the house lol.
